Prashant Jain
Co-Founder
Prashant Jain is a 7th generation entrepreneur whose journey bridges tradition and transformation. Across three decades, he has redefined industries—from cloud tech and e-commerce to branding and wellness—anchored by purpose, process, and people. Today, as the co-founder of Meghavi Wellness, he is at the forefront of a movement to make family-first self-care a way of life across India.
His story with Meghavi began as a friend and mentor—supporting Megha Dinesh with her first villa spa. With his strategic input, the spa’s revenue tripled. From the second outlet onward, he became an active partner, and has since played a vital role in every Meghavi spa, shaping urban, resort, and airport wellness spaces into powerful experiences.
During the pandemic, when wellness businesses crumbled, Prashant led from the front with Megha Dinesh—doubling Meghavi’s footprint and impact, proving that resilience, empathy, and bold leadership can thrive even in crisis.
Prashant helped shift the perception of spas from a leisure add-on to a serious revenue and guest experience driver for luxury hotels. He has also played a pivotal role in making spa therapy a credible, aspirational career path, especially for women. Meghavi today stands as one of the most female-friendly companies in the industry, with firm values and a unique integrity code, including the industry’s first North East Coordinator framework—ensuring safety, dignity, and representation.
Prashant’s industry-defining “30-Point Professional Spa Framework” has become an open benchmark for quality, hygiene, safety, and guest experience in wellness spaces nationwide. He brought structure, scalability, and sanctity to an industry that had long lacked all three.
His creative spirit shines through in initiatives like the LimSpa Book of Records, Beauty+ Wellness Festivals, the Meghavi Musings newsletter, and the lighthearted cartoon series “Meghavi’s Jungle Book”, which finds humor and humanity in spa life.
Earlier, at just 24, Prashant sold IndiaDomain.com for a million US dollars—funded by SoftBank and JP Morgan during the height of the dotcom boom. He then launched HyderabadBazaar.com and BangaloreBazaar.com in the early 2000s—India’s first gifting and food delivery platforms, well before food apps existed. These ventures pioneered f-commerce—Facebook-powered feel-commerce—blending emotion with reach to create digital campaigns that touched lives and built communities.
At Ctrl S, he helped build the world’s first 4-copy cloud, and later led Cloud4C’s international expansion across the Middle East and Asia, showing his versatility in scaling complex businesses with precision and vision.
An avid traveler and cultural observer, Prashant also led a documented photo tour of Nagaland, spotlighting the unseen beauty and dignity of its people. He runs Meghavi entirely through WhatsApp, without a laptop, for over seven years—building a culture of trust, agility, and joyful execution.
As an author, his book “Vitamin G – Gratitude” has been celebrated nationwide. The Times of India wrote that it “has the power to change lives,” with equally glowing reviews from The Hindu, Indian Express, Deccan Chronicle, and countless Amazon readers who found transformation in its 42 gratitude practices.
