A wellness spa in a luxury hotel is still a MOD (minor operating department) but a well-managed and hygienic space creates a happy, repeat customer not only for the spa but also for our hotel partner. Our partners see the quality and consistency we bring into this highly sensitive industry with our in-house training institute as well as disciplined manpower allocation. A quality head with a dedicated team of 8 trainers and assistant trainers + 30 buddy senior therapists ensures that there are no customer refusals during the peak evening hours.

Focused operations & advancements in the industry

Meghavi is the only spa chain in the country that has domain expertise as well as business acumen at the founder level. Their experience helps us to fill in the loopholes that the industry faces. We have a central purchase team, an audit team, and a training department, who help us in streamlining our operations and function smoothly. We also have a chief security officer who helps us ensure the safety of our employees and a quality head who is responsible for the guests’ experience as well as R&D. We wish to make the industry as structured and organised as possible.

Consistent manpower

We have a strong back-end support team and are the first in the spa industry to have HR coordinators that ensure the well-being of our therapists. All our HR staff hails from North East India, so they understand the challenges faced at the grassroots level. So while an average stint of a therapist in the spa industry is 8-9 months, at Meghavi, our typical attrition rate is 14-15 months. We have also deduced a formula for manpower requirement by ensuring that during the busy hours of the day, the number of therapists is equal to the number of therapy rooms. This ensures there are no client refusals at the unit level.


We have adopted digitised methods of recording our systems and processes. This offers complete transparency to our partners. Transparency and honesty between the brand and the partners help make the brand stronger and enable it to soar higher.

Meghavi Wellness Spa has received the highest ratings on TripAdvisor as well as Google reviews. Our GMBs show that we are the highest visited spa than any of our competitors (we should mention the year of this report) We are the first ones in the industry to have a direct appointment booking link with MakeMyTrip and also adapt Meta to give our customers access to real-time appointment booking.

Brand with integrity

Our partners appreciate that we are the first ones in the industry to introduce the 2-way rating system wherein not only our guests can rate the therapists but also our therapists can rate the customers. This helps the therapists feel they are safe and valued at their workplace.

They are happy to see that our employees are consistently receiving training to upskill as well as nurtured and well-incentivised.
