This E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

USAGE:
Valid across 55+ Meghavi Wellness Spa outlets pan-India.

#HOW TO REDEEM:
STEP 1: Customer calls the call center at 888 020 9999 to fix an appointment.
STEP 2: Selects the outlet to avail service and informs the executive about making payment using the gift card. The executive checks with the outlet on acceptance of the gift card and confirms the booking.
STEP 3: Customer visits the outlet and selects the desired service/product. The store executive prepares the final invoice and informs the payable amount. The customer opts to make payment using the gift card.
STEP 4: The store manager opens the web-based redemption link and enters card credentials and other required details.
STEP 5: Post validation, the system confirms the available value and redeems the card.
STEP 6: If the invoice value exceeds the gift card amount, the customer pays the balance via another payment mode.

NOTE:
A maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against a single invoice.

Gift cards bought on Amazon.in cannot be returned or refunded.
